Washing:We suggest washing your fabric in your usual detergent on cold, tumble dry low. Do not leave your fabric sitting in the washer, wet, for any extended length of time as this is when bleeding contact occurs.
Cancellation/Refunds: This item has a strict “NO CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY”. I only allow a 24 hours window for cancellation regarding this item. Once you place it and I add this to my tally, I am unable to cancel/refund this item. Thank you for your understanding. Contact us immediately BEFORE washing and/or cutting any fabric. We cannot offer any refund or credit if fabric is washed or altered in any way. All requests for refunds/credits/returns, must be done within 5 days of receiving fabric. -No refunds/credits will be issued for bleeding/washing issues. -No refunds/credits will be issued for any fabric that has been cut, sewn, and/or altered in any way.
*Refunds/Credits/Replacements will be considered in the following instances: -Fabric received had undisclosed flaws NOT along the salvage (within 4” of edges), or anything larger than a nickel. -Incorrect fabric was sent -Fabric sent/received was cut less than amount ordered -Any missed flaws in the fabric Note: Any cuts over 5 yards are not guaranteed continuously flawless. It is hard to get a large cut flawless, but we will try our best during the cutting process. If the reverse side of the fabric has spotting or marks that do NOT show through to the front of the fabric, it will be marked as “un-flawed,” as this is not unusual in custom print fabrics.
